Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Compliance Reporting Services Associate in Manila to help manage investment rule violations and support risk reduction for clients.

You will collaborate with peers and clients, investigate breaches, and drive innovative solutions in the compliance reporting function. You will contribute to ensuring regulatory adherence, delivering top-quality operations, and supporting continual improvement of controls, while aligning with a culture that empowers decision-making

Qualifications

• 7+ years work experience in Banking/Finance or related industries.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Strong understanding of Capital Markets and related products.
• Knowledge of a fund’s Custodian Bank and Investment Manager processes.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to challenge the status quo and drive improvements.
• Experience with AI-powered analytics, workflow automation, or intelligent process tools.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence of operational procedures to complete tasks accurately and on time.
• Assist Managers to provide top quality operations for this global business.
• Document procedures and identify requirements for additional controls.
• Provide training to new hires.
• Investigate, resolve, and substantiate key differences in reconciliations between client vs fund manager.
• Review rules setup and ensure rule functionality matches client requirements.
• Act as a change agent and provide technical expertise on key projects in compliance reporting.
• Deliver innovative solutions to client requirements, including coding the Compliance Reporting application.
• Maintain fund rules and tailor solutions to client needs in a timely manner.
• Investigate investment guideline breaches with the investment manager to aid breach resolution.
• Promote and embody the How We Do Business culture.
