Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the Philippines seeks a Business Manager in the Senior Country Business Management Office to lead entity-wide projects and maintain a strong control environment. You will partner with the Senior Country Manager to explore opportunities that enhance the firm’s franchise value in the Philippines.

You will coordinate governance, regulatory deliverables, and cross-functional initiatives, applying design excellence and advanced MS Office skills to support executives and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related area.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business management, COO/CAO, finance, or strategy-related role.
• Proven experience implementing regulatory, legal and government requirements.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and project management abilities.
• MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables) and basic AI tools for high‑quality presentations.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis.
• Organize complex information in a strategic and compelling way with strong design sense and Excel/PowerPoint expertise.
• Project manage and deliver key work streams and tasks.
• Identify key business risks and drive mitigating controls.
• Support audit, regulatory and compliance deliverables.
• Coordinate team activities and prepare materials for town halls, recognition, and strategy sessions.
• Maintain internal resources on collaboration sites such as SharePoint.
• Collaborate with team members and global managers to simplify and improve processes.
