Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the Philippines seeks a Senior Country Business Management Office Business Manager to lead entity-wide projects, ensuring governance and control, and supporting regulatory, audit, and strategic initiatives for the firm’s Philippines franchise.

You will partner with the Senior Country Manager to research opportunities, drive value, and coordinate cross-functional activities across teams and regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related area.
• Minimum 3 years in business management, COO/CAO, finance, or strategy.
• Experience implementing regulatory, legal and government requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and agenda-driving ability.
• Excellent written and oral communication, organization, and project management.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables) and AI tools for reporting.
• Attention to detail with design excellence; team player and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Provide rapid responses to executive ad-hoc requests on project management and analysis.
• Organize complex information with strong design sense for compelling presentation decks.
• Project-manage and deliver key work streams and tasks.
• Identify business risks and drive resolution with mitigating controls.
• Support audit, regulatory and compliance deliverables.
• Coordinate team activities and prepare materials for town halls and strategy sessions.
• Collect and maintain internal resources on SharePoint.
• Collaborate with team members and global managers to simplify and improve processes.
