Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the Philippines seeks a Business Manager to partner with the Senior Country Business Manager and lead governance and control initiatives across the entity.

You will support opportunities that enhance the firm’s franchise in the Philippines, while ensuring regulatory and audit readiness. You will coordinate complex projects, manage stakeholder relationships, and deliver high-quality presentations for executive audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related area.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business management, operations, finance, or strategy-related role.
• Proven experience implementing regulatory, legal and government requirements.
• Ability to engage diverse stakeholders and drive the agenda.
• Excellent written and oral communication, organization, and project management skills.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables) and capable of delivering high-quality presentations.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis.
• Organize complex information strategically with strong design acumen using Excel and PowerPoint techniques.
• Project manage and deliver key work streams and tasks.
• Identify key business risks and drive resolution of mitigating controls.
• Support audit, regulatory and compliance deliverables.
• Coordinate team activities and prepare materials for town halls and strategy sessions.
• Maintain internal resources on collaboration platforms like SharePoint.
• Collaborate with team members and global managers to simplify and improve business processes.
