LexisNexis, a division of RELX, is seeking a Communications Specialist in Manila to create and maintain SharePoint sites, assist with internal video content, and develop on-brand communications materials.

You will build email templates, manage MS Teams channels, and coordinate with the Comms team on distribution lists and events, while collaborating with ICIS regional leads from the Manila location.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in B2B communications.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication, editing and proofreading.
• Experience with SharePoint, Teams and content branding.
• Familiarity with social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter).

Responsabilités

• Create and maintain SharePoint sites with content updates.
• Assist with internal video and article content for communications.
• Build templates for emails and design projects adhering to brand guidelines.
• Organize MS Teams channels and improve file structure for easy sharing.
• Collaborate with Comms team on internal email lists and events.
• Support press releases and global merchandise distribution.
• As Manila Location lead, collaborate with ICIS regional leads.
