Job summary

Asia Peopleworks Inc. is seeking a Communications Associate to plan, create, and execute internal and external communications.

You will produce engaging content, manage newsletters, social channels, and a SharePoint platform, and work with cross-functional teams to strengthen brand consistency and audience engagement. You will update and maintain leaderboards, manage group channels, and organize event documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing and Multimedia Arts or related field.
• 1–3 years experience in communications, marketing, or content creation (fresh graduates with strong portfolios may be considered).
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe, Creative Suite, video editing tools).
• Familiarity with social media platforms.
• Experience with email marketing tools and/or SharePoint is a plus.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and storytelling.
• Experience with AI-driven adaptive learning technologies and data analysis for personalized training.
• Proficiency in using AI tools for content recommendation, automated assessment, and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Update Monthly and Quarterly Leaderboards.
• Maintain and update leaderboards for ongoing contests with production data.
• Ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Publish leaderboard updates regularly.
• Assist in managing social groups and Telegram activity.
• Build and maintain a SharePoint events/documentation repository.
• Ensure repository is searchable, updated, and easy to use.
• Assist in editorial and ad-hoc communication projects.
• Support weekly newsletter updating and content gathering.
• Help build landing pages for contests, qualifiers, and promos with branding consistency.
