• 1–3 years of experience in communications, marketing, or content creation.
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing tools.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and SharePoint is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Update monthly and quarterly leaderboards with accuracy.
• Groom Facebook Group members; manage Telegram activity and respond to queries within 24–48 hours.
• Build and maintain an events & trips documentation repository in SharePoint; ensure it is searchable and well organized.
• Support editorial and ad-hoc communication projects, including announcements and newsletters.
• Assist in weekly newsletter content gathering, writing, layout, and publishing; help update landing pages.
