Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 1 year marketing campaigns preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Able to organize and prioritize across multiple customer groups.
• Experience with marketing tools and project management.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Customer service orientation is essential.
• Willing to learn internal sales tools and applications.
• Ability to collaborate with all levels of the sales organization.
• Content management and copywriting experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of Monday.com, CRM, Salesforce; SalesPro and Pardot are a plus.
• Willing to work night shift.
• Quick learner of enterprise AI tools and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of marketing campaigns across channels.
• Coordinate deliverables and track tasks in Monday.com.
• Assist campaign setup, scheduling, and QA of assets.
• Support lead management, reporting, and campaign operations.
• Coordinate event logistics for conferences, trade shows, and webinars.
• Prepare reports and maintain marketing databases.
• Route post-event leads to sales and support follow-up.
