Support the Talent Acquisition team with recruitment coordination, candidate engagement, and administrative tasks in a fast-paced corporate setting.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team
• Prepare and file recruitment-related documents
• Process recruitment-related payment requests
• Maintain organized and updated recruitment files
• Monitor and track compliance of candidates throughout the hiring process
• Maintain inventory of recruitment materials and employer branding collaterals
• Support other HR and recruitment projects as needed

About You

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
