Job summary

Maxicare Head Office in Makati is seeking an Intermediary Partners Operations Supervisor. You will oversee data governance, endorsements, and bid/document workflows while consolidating cross-department sales reports and supporting senior management with performance insights.

The role focuses on maintaining data integrity, preparing sales and target reports, and coordinating with finance, treasury, and partners teams to ensure timely delivery of documents and renewals.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Updates the centralized database monitoring file daily to ensure data accuracy and tracking.
• Checks and maintains the account endorsements file to keep records clean and up to date.
• Consolidates sales production reports from all departments and units across every product type.
• Prepares the monthly sales performance report for the Senior Management and Executive Committee covering consumer and corporate sales.
• Provides reference sales performance files to the finance and treasury teams.
• Prepares the sales target setting file for both consumer and corporate sales teams.
• Provides the intermediary partner sales production reports to the partners management team, sales handlers, and requesting partners.
• Provides complete bidding documents to the sales team and other authorized requesting parties.
• Creates ad-hoc reports quickly when requested by stakeholders.
• Renews the Maxicare Platinum membership through the PhilGEPS portal
