Qualifications

• Experience in life insurance (1–5 years) with HMO experience an advantage.
• Demonstrated leadership status or potential.
• Completion or pursuit of LOMA FLMI designation is preferred.
• Strong people skills and ability to collaborate across disciplines.
• Expert knowledge in data analytics and reporting.
• Expert knowledge in PM and BA fundamentals.
• Advanced marketing knowledge and customer-facing exposure.
• Advanced understanding of customer journeys, workflows and touchpoints.
• Proficiency with word processing and visual presentation tools.
• Strategic thinking and planning capability.
• Experience with shared services environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and coordinates shared services operations to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely delivery of assigned processes.
• Monitors service performance, addresses operational concerns, and ensures policy compliance.
• Collaborates with stakeholders, identifies process improvements, prepares reports, and supports continuous improvement initiatives.
• Supports the Life Operations Integration Initiative and builds data analytics and reporting capability.
• Leads the uVTU Customer Touchpoint Workstream.
• Directly supports the Life Insurance and Operations Integration Lead in strategic and BAU functions.
