Job summary

Qualifications
- Five+ years in subcontractor, vendor, or partner management or related operations.
- Experience with IT services, managed services, or cloud delivery environments.
- Advanced Excel and reporting; strong data interpretation for decisions.
Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding, data quality, and records for subcontractors and partners.
- Coordinate SPA/ SOW reviews, contracts, and engagement setup.
- Oversee qualification, compliance, and requalification activities.
- Administer quotes, bids, and evaluation scoring with evidence/documentation.
- Track engagement health, scorecards, dashboards, and risk indicators.
- Lead corrective-action discussions and recovery planning with partners.
- Coordinate cross-functional governance with stakeholders across functions.
