Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of insurance agents/financial advisors to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Recruit, train, and develop new team members to build a strong and productive sales force.
• Provide continuous coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to improve team effectiveness.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market reach and client acquisition.
• Monitor team performance, track sales activities, and prepare performance reports.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by ensuring excellent customer service.
• Conduct sales presentations, team meetings, and training sessions.
• Support agents in identifying client needs and recommending suitable insurance and financial solutions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices.
