You will recruit, coach, and motivate agents, set sales strategy, monitor KPIs, and ensure regulatory compliance while representing ELIA and Insular Life with integrity. Onsite presence is required at least 3 times per week.

Qualifications

• College/University graduate.
• With at least 3 years of sales management experience from a reputable company.
• Must have experience in recruiting agents and sourcing clients.
• Able to manage a team of at least 5+ salespeople.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Financial Advisors.
• Develop and execute effective sales and recruitment strategies.
• Conduct ongoing training on products and sales techniques.
