IntoGREAT Solutions in Quezon City is seeking an Insurance Admin Support Officer to assist the onshore Client Services team with backend processing and documentation across insurance broking portfolios. The role emphasizes accurate data handling and timely completion of tasks to support client servicing and relationships.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years AU admin experience, proficiency in MS Office (Outlook/Word/Excel), and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 1 - 2 years AU experience admin.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in administrative, data entry, documentation, or back-office processing roles; insurance support experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while supporting team-based service delivery.
• Open to learning insurance broking platforms, internal systems, and client-specific procedures.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process transactions and documentation within our insurance broking platform.
• Input and maintain accurate client and policy data records.
• Compile documentation required for new business quotes, endorsements and renewals, as directed by the onshore team.
• Assist with preparation and formatting of client and insurer correspondence.
• Perform quality checks on documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Prioritize tasks and follow up on outstanding items to meet tight turnaround deadlines.
• Adhere to internal processing standards, templates, and compliance guidelines.
• Handle repetitive data entry and back-office administration tasks with a high level of accuracy.
• Clear communication with onshore teams.
• Perform other processing or administrative support duties as required.
