Job summary

IntoGREAT is seeking an Insurance Processing Support (AU) to handle back-office tasks for renewals and debtor management in a hybrid setup at Eastwood Avenue, Quezon City, Philippines. The role requires reviewing expiring policies, processing renewals, preparing compliance documents, and maintaining records while coordinating with brokers and onshore teams.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years AU experience, with openness to insurer or broker backgrounds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
• 2-3 years minimum AU experience.
• Open to both Insurer or Broker background (domestic & commercial).
• Steadfast systems is nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Review expiring insurance policies and identify upcoming renewals as per renewal report.
• Process renewals as instructed by brokers and input data into Insight.
• Generate and draft compliant documents and client communications.
• Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems for policy documentation.
• Communicate with onshore teams and management for updates on progress and issues.
• Debtors: follow up on overdue payments and prepare periodic statements.
