• Minimum 3 years as an assistant broker is preferred.
• Tier 2 qualified and compliant workflow knowledge.

• Handle new business, renewals and endorsements with brokers and underwriters.
• Manage a portfolio of claims from lodgement to completion and maintain service levels.
• Communicate with insurers on claims, coverage, and settlements.
• Record detailed notes for client enquiries and claims for auditability.
• Source quotations for domestic insurance products and assist with renewals.
• Assist with performance reports and general broker support.
