Job summary

Stackph is seeking a Call Center Representative to deliver excellent customer service via phone, chat, email, and other channels in Metro Manila. You will address inquiries, provide accurate product/service information, and resolve issues while maintaining data confidentiality.

The role requires good English communication, basic computer/typing skills, and the ability to multitask under pressure. BPO experience is advantageous; weekends and holidays may be included.

Qualifications

• High school/senior high school graduate, depending on account.
• Strong English communication, both written and spoken.
• Basic computer and typing skills.
• Strong customer-service and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to multitask and work under pressure.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends and holidays.
• BPO or call center experience is an advantage; freshers may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and requests professionally.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, or accounts.
• Handle inbound and/or outbound calls depending on the account.
• Assist customers through voice, chat, email, or non-voice channels.
• Resolve issues efficiently and escalate complex concerns when necessary.
• Document interactions and update information in the company system.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Meet assigned performance, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude when dealing with customers.
• Protect customer information and maintain confidentiality.
