Responsibilities

• Attend inquiries and serve walk-in customers with care.
• Upsell and suggestive selling to meet client needs.

• Prepare and monitor invoices, receipts, and delivery documents.
• Log delivery itinerary in ERP before cutoff.
• Collaborate with supervisor to hit goals and targets.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.
