Job summary

Primebeef Company Inc. (PBC) is seeking a Sales Associate for its Outlet Sales Team based in Quezon City. The role focuses on delivering excellent sales service, understanding customer needs, and maintaining strong client relationships to secure business and introduce new products.

The candidate should have strong communication, presentation, and product knowledge, with experience in food industry sales being a plus. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a 4-year course in Business, Marketing or Food Technology.
• Experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably in the food industry.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong initiative and drive.
• Customer-focused and team player.
• Knowledgeable in MS Office, Google Spreadsheet, and ERP.
• Excellent public relations and pleasing personality.

Responsibilities

• Schedule routine service calls to clients to update issues and new requirements through an effective Weekly Sales Itinerary Report.
• Coordinate with the Sales Coordinator for inquiries, comments, suggestions and complaints.
• Directly communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and promote new products or services when necessary.
• Identify and develop clientele with the greatest potential and understand customer needs for continuity.
• Document and file customer needs to ensure clarity of solutions among team members.
• Perform market research and analysis to assist management in sales strategies.
• Assist Finance in the closure of unpaid invoices aged beyond terms.
