Job summary

Primebeef Company Inc. (PBC) is seeking a Sales Clerk to support its Outlet Sales Team in Quezon City. The role focuses on clerical tasks, documentation, and accurate preparation of sales invoices using ERP and other software.

The ideal candidate will be a college graduate with strong communication, analytical skills, and a customer-focused mindset. Proficiency in MS Office, ERP, and Google tools is preferred to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• College graduate and background in business, marketing, nutrition or food technology is preferred.
• Experience in Sales and Marketing in the food industry is a plus.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Analytical ability with keen attention to detail and initiative.
• Customer-focused, results-driven, and a team player.
• Knowledgeable in software applications, ERP is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Receive, examine and fully understand entries in Sales Order prior to preparation of Sales Invoice.
• Prepare and ensure accuracy of Sales Invoice with correct Item Codes, quantities and prices.
• Team up with the Sales Coordinator / Sales Crew to ensure proper preparation of SI for accurate quantities and specs.
• Document and file customer needs and requirements for clear team guidance.
• Support Finance Team with daily, weekly and monthly sales documentation.
• Assist with closure of unpaid invoices aged above term and AR collection issues.
