Job summary

Primebeef Company Inc. (PBC) seeks an Institutional Sales Supervisor to lead the Institutional Sales Team in Quezon City. The role focuses on driving growth, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring seamless service to fulfill the organization’s mission and goals.

You will guide the team in relationship management, opportunity identification, and coordination of orders, pricing, and invoicing while aligning with corporate standards and quality practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role in Sales or Customer Service.
• Experience in sales and marketing planning and client relationship management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Customer-focused, result-oriented and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Institutional Sales Team to generate, develop, expand and maintain the market base.
• Coordinate orders, proposals, pricing, invoicing, and sales documentation.
• Maintain client relationships and provide market intelligence to inform strategy.
• Assist in collections and coordinate with Finance for unpaid invoices and A/R issues.
• Ensure alignment with quality standards and company branding across activities.
