Job summary

Primebeef Company Inc. (PBC) is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join the Outlet Sales Team in Quezon City.

The role involves coordinating with Production and Warehouse & Logistics to ensure smooth product flow from PBC to customers, and handling stock levels in both display freezers and the warehouse. The ideal candidate has a 4-year degree in Business/Marketing/Food Tech and experience in sales/food marketing, with strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

Graduate of a 4-year course in Business, Marketing or Food Technology; preferred in food industry.
Prior sales/marketing exposure in the food sector is a plus.
Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
Strong analytical ability with keen attention to detail.
Customer-focused, proactive, and a team player.
Familiarity with MS Office, Google Spreadsheet and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the Sales Team with stock and availability information.
Coordinate with Production and Warehouse & Logistics for stock movements.
Ensure Order Form and Sales Invoice match items prepared/packed for delivery.
Communicate with customers to understand specifications for orders.
Carry out additional outlet operations tasks as directed.
