Primebeef Company Inc. (PBC) is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join the Outlet Sales Team in Quezon City.

The role involves coordinating with Production and Warehouse & Logistics to ensure smooth product flow from PBC to customers, and handling stock levels in both display freezers and the warehouse. The ideal candidate has a 4-year degree in Business/Marketing/Food Tech and experience in sales/food marketing, with strong communication and analytical skills.

Formación

• Graduate of a 4-year course in Business, Marketing or Food Technology; preferred in food industry.
• Prior sales/marketing exposure in the food sector is a plus.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical ability with keen attention to detail.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and a team player.
• Familiarity with MS Office, Google Spreadsheet and ERP systems.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative support to the Sales Team with stock and availability information.
• Coordinate with Production and Warehouse & Logistics for stock movements.
• Ensure Order Form and Sales Invoice match items prepared/packed for delivery.
• Communicate with customers to understand specifications for orders.
• Carry out additional outlet operations tasks as directed.
