Job summary

Synlink Recruitment Outsourcing Co. is seeking a results-driven Institutional Sales professional to develop and close strategic accounts in an institutional market.

You will negotiate with decision-makers, implement sales strategies, and coordinate with Marketing to grow corporate accounts. A bachelor’s degree in business or marketing and strong communication are preferred, with willingness to do field work.

Responsibilities

• Develop institutional sales accounts through targeting, negotiation, and closing sales.
• Ensure achievement of annual sales targets through executing sales strategies.
• Perform quality controls and monitor KPIs.
• Coordinate with Marketing to secure new corporate accounts.
