Job summary

Security Bank Corp is seeking a Fixed Income Sales Officer (Institutional) to grow P&L and volume from assigned institutional accounts, while building and maintaining relationships to service fixed-income securities.

You will manage maturities in PHP and USD, coordinate with Treasury, and book deals using TOMS and Guava. Strong negotiation and analytical skills are essential to maximize bank P&L.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–10 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of fixed income products and market movements and their impact on customer portfolios.
• Working experience with Treasury systems Guava and TOMS.
• Effective negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze and provide optimal pricing to maximize bank P&L.

Responsibilities

• Services fixed income requirements of institutional clients to meet personal and team P&L and volume targets.
• Builds and maintains optimal relationships with fixed-income clients and counterparties through courtesy calls.
• Acquires new institutional accounts through client calls and referrals to expand the current customer base.
• Manages PHP and USD TD maturities and fresh placements with pricing coordination with Liquidity Team and Treasury Operations Unit or Branch.
• Books fixed income deals using TOMS and Guava Treasury Systems for proper transaction recording.
• Prepares daily reports of all TD and fixed-income transactions for monitoring.
