Job summary

Security Bank in the Philippines seeks a Fixed Income Sales Officer (Corporate) to meet volume and P&L targets for Corporate Sales accounts. You will build relationships, acquire new institutional clients, and service existing accounts with a focus on fixed income products and treasury operations coordination.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience, with a strong ability to work with varied personalities and teams across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• No disputed/adjusted transaction or losses in any deal.
• Ability to deal with varied personalities internally and externally.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains relationships with clients and counterparties.
• Acquires new institutional accounts through client calls and referrals.
• Services institutional accounts to meet volume and P&L targets.
• Manages PHP and USD TD maturities and placements with optimal pricing.
• Coordinates with Liquidity desk and Treasury Operations/Branch.
• Books fixed income transactions using TOMS or Guava Treasury System and prepares daily reports.
