Job summary

JP Morgan Chase in Manila is seeking a Client Account Management Associate to support day-to-day servicing for institutional and sub-advisory clients, coordinating across investment and operations teams to deliver timely, accurate account administration.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to maintain strong controls and continuously improve the client experience in a fast-paced environment with broad exposure to investment products and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent practical experience) is required.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to prioritize competing requests.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support primary client account managers by coordinating responses to servicing requests and timelines.
• Process account maintenance activities including openings, cash flows, contact updates, and invoicing.
• Coordinate with internal partners to complete client deliverables and maintain controls.
• Manage complex servicing activities with limited supervision while meeting SLAs.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc client reports using Excel and Word.
• Maintain audit trails and follow quality control procedures.
• Identify risks and escalate with clear analysis and next steps.
• Support workload prioritization during peak periods and events.
• Communicate status and outcomes clearly to stakeholders across teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of servicing processes.
