Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a financial services environment.
• Experience in client servicing, onboarding, or account maintenance.
• Ability to resolve routine requests independently with escalation for complex issues.
• Strong client-service mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; cross-team collaboration.
• Excellent Excel and office software skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client inquiries and service requests to completion with timely updates.
• Investigate operational issues (settlements, cash management) and escalate as needed.
• Coordinate onboarding activities across stakeholders and track progress.
• Process account maintenance requests with accurate documentation and approvals.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, Tax, Compliance, Legal, and other teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain clear records of requests and outcomes in line with controls.
• Prioritize multiple requests while balancing service, quality, and risk.
• Identify pain points and propose practical process improvements.
• Support workflow enhancements and automation initiatives.
• Follow policies and raise risks and control gaps promptly.
