JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Manila is seeking an Operations and Financial Support Analyst to own end-to-end transactional processing, reconciliation, and close support, while enabling onboarding of new jurisdictions and marketplace programs.

You will partner with Finance, Technology, Operations, and Account Management to deliver accurate, timely, and audit-ready outcomes, requiring strong accounting judgment and data fluency.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline required
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting/financial operations experience
• Experience reconciling high-volume data and resolving breaks via root-cause analysis
• Advanced Excel skills for large datasets
• Ability to partner cross-functionally with Technology, Operations, Finance and Account Management
• Working knowledge of accounting controls and audit readiness expectations
• Strong multitasking, deadline management and proactive risk communication

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end integration of high-volume transactional data into back-office accounting systems, validating feeds and downstream impacts
• Investigate, reconcile, and resolve processing breaks; document root cause, remediation actions and prevention steps
• Support month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entry support and balance sheet substantiation
• Prepare and deliver recurring reporting (daily, weekly, monthly) with data integrity and documentation
• Produce variance and driver analysis on volume, revenue, and cost trends with clear insights
• Facilitate onboarding of new jurisdictions and marketplace expansions with structured intake and milestone tracking
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement new programs and changes, clarifying requirements and controls
• Lead QA and user acceptance testing for rollouts and enhancements with proper evidence and sign-off
• Own end-to-end case management for onboarding and production issues with timely resolution
• Manage audit inquiries and coordinate with tax/compliance partners for on-time responses
• Identify opportunities to strengthen internal controls and automate processes
