Tiger Ux in Taguig, Philippines is seeking a mid-level outbound sales professional to secure new accounts and move opportunities through the funnel. You will maintain accurate CRM records, collect client data, and communicate professionally with US-based clients.

This role requires experience in a contact center, strong English, and solid negotiation skills. You will work full-time on-site in BGC, Taguig with standard night-shift considerations.

Qualificações

• High school graduate; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 2 years in a contact center, B2B or SaaS focus.
• Clear, confident English with a neutral accent.
• Experience preparing documents, manuals or similar materials.
• Ability to lead and manage live call conversations.
• Strong negotiation, conflict resolution and objection handling.
• Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot or equivalent CRM.

Responsabilidades

• Make outbound calls and follow-ups to secure new accounts.
• Handle assigned leads and advance opportunities through the funnel.
• Collect and record client information for job creation.
• Keep CRM records accurate and updated promptly.
• Monitor and document sales activities, results and follow-ups.
• Communicate clearly with US-based clients.
• Address objections and negotiate within guidelines.
