Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or IT-related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales development, telemarketing, or similar IT solutions roles.
• Ability to research and analyze market and client needs.
• Strong communication and presentation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Build a sales funnel and generate leads via cold calling, emailing, and other outbound activities.
• Handle inbound queries and nurture client relationships.
• Qualify leads by identifying decision makers and gathering requirements.
• Understand and pitch the company's IT solution portfolio.
• Stay updated with product portfolio development.
• Collaborate with marketing to create account penetration strategies.
• Initiate client acquisition and hand over qualified leads to BDMs to close.
• Maintain and update lead database with accurate client profiles.
• Aim to achieve weekly and monthly targets.

• At least 2 years of experience as a sales development representative, telemarketer or other similar roles, primarily handling IT solutions.

Responsibilities

• Building a sales funnel generating leads via cold calling, emailing, and other lead-generation activities (Outbound Sales)
• Handling incoming queries and building good client relationships (Inbound Sales)
• Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers and understanding their requirements
• Understand the company's portfolio of solution offerings, enough to sufficiently pitch and/or present the company's solution offerings through various channel
• Stay updated with the company's portfolio development and improvement
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create account penetration strategies and materials
• Initiate client acquisition cycle and hand over qualified leads to the business development managers with the objective of closing the sale
• Maintaining and updating the lead generation database, keeping accurate records of client profiles
• Achieving weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business
