Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking a high-energy Sales Representative to lead outbound sales, manage key accounts, and handle collections from Manila, Philippines. The role emphasizes consultative selling, customer relationships, and achieving KPIs in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

The position offers hybrid work after a 4-month onsite training in Manila, with an 8:00 PM–5:00 AM PHT schedule. Training is fully onsite for the first 4 months, developing deep product and market understanding.

Qualifications

• 2 years in college or 2-year Associate Degree is required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in field sales, account management or collections.
• Strong background in consultative selling and influencing decisions.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed KPI-driven targets.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint).

About the Role
