Job summary

IBEX Global Solutions (Philippines) Inc. in Mandaluyong is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers, delivering an outstanding experience while converting calls into scheduled service appointments.

You will manage customer interactions, coordinate scheduling, maintain accurate records, and support revenue growth through excellent service and follow-up. Experience in inside sales and being onsite are preferred; HVAC knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years BPO experience.
• Experience with appointment setting/scheduling.
• Inside sales experience.
