You will handle inbound and outbound calls to book appointments, provide product information, and resolve customer concerns, all while maintaining a courteous, professional demeanor.

The role requires at least 6 months of BPO experience (voice), willingness to work onsite in Mandaluyong, and strong communication and multitasking skills.

Qualifications

• 6 months of BPO experience (VoiceAccount)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong
• amenable to night shift
• Experience in appointment setting or telemarketing is a plus

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from customers to book appointments based on their preferred schedule
