You will educate customers on the benefits of other products, maintain accurate CRM records for follow-up, and strive to meet or exceed outreach targets to drive sales growth and customer retention.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to existing/past customers
• Deliver a premium customer experience by thanking clients for their previous purchases, reinforcing the value of their investment, and introducing other supplement products.
• Educate customers on the benefits of other products.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, and referral sources within the CRM system to ensure follow-up and performance tracking.
• Consistently meet or exceed outreach, contributing to overall sales growth and customer retention efforts.
