The position requires collaboration with internal teams and the ability to present tailored solutions, meeting performance targets, and working US hours from a morning-shift office setting.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of proven inside sales, telesales, or account management experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Willingness to work US hours (PH night shift).

Responsibilities

• Engage with inbound leads, provide timely follow-up and conversion support.
• Re-engage aged inbound leads to renew interest and opportunities.
• Conduct outbound dialing to identify prospects and expand reach.
• Understand customer needs and present solutions.
• Manage full sales cycle from qualification to closing sales, meeting targets.
• Maintain records of interactions, lead status, and pipeline in CRM.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies and meet revenue goals.
• Provide insights on feedback and market trends to support business development.
