Job summary

IBEX Global Solutions Philippines Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive revenue from an existing customer base and inbound leads. You will educate customers and guide them through the buying process via email, phone, and live chat, reporting to the Director of Inside Sales.

You will perform high-volume outreach, handle inquiries with a positive, proactive attitude, and help customers schedule services while promoting maintenance programs. Onsite work is required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of professional experience in a high-volume, customer-facing role with experience in sales, customer service, or customer success.
• Experience responding to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Willing to work onsite

Responsibilities

• Perform high volume phone outreach to actively promote and sell company membership plan to customers.
• Responding to incoming calls for service with a positive attitude, a smile in your voice and a "yes, I can" mentality to help the caller.
• Responding to online inquiries and voicemails utilizing strong interpersonal skills
• Assisting customers in scheduling service, promoting preventative maintenance programs, and answering any questions about our services.
• Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, comments, as well as actions taken. Utilizing basic software without errors.
