Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to join our vibrant team in the Philippines. The role focuses on engaging inbound leads, performing outbound prospecting, and guiding deals through the full sales cycle.

You will work a morning shift from our Taguig office, collaborating with marketing and product teams to meet revenue targets and deliver customer value. A background in sales and CRM proficiency is essential, with a willingness to cover US hours.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or account management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office/Google Workspace tools.
• Experience using dialing program is preferred.
• Willingness to work US hours (night shift, PH time).

Responsibilities

• Engage with Inbound Marketing Leads, providing timely follow-up and conversion support.
• Re‑engage with Aged Inbound Marketing Leads to uncover renewed interest and opportunities.
• Conduct Outbound dialing on targeted lists to identify new prospects and expand customer reach.
• Understand customer needs and present solutions that address business challenges.
• Manage the full sales cycle — from lead qualification to closing sales — while meeting performance targets.
• Maintain precise records of client interactions, lead status, and pipeline activity in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies and meet revenue goals.
• Provide insights on customer feedback and market trends to support ongoing business development.
