Qualifications

• 2-3 years of proven inside sales, telesales, or account management experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Willingness to work US hours (PH night shift).

Responsibilities

• Engage with inbound leads, provide timely follow-up and conversion support.
• Re-engage aged inbound leads to renew interest and opportunities.
• Conduct outbound dialing to identify prospects and expand reach.
• Understand customer needs and present solutions.
• Manage full sales cycle from qualification to closing sales, meeting targets.
• Maintain records of interactions, lead status, and pipeline in CRM.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies and meet revenue goals.

Job description:

We are currently on the lookout for a new Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Cloudstaff, the #1 workplace everywhere!

• Engage with Inbound Marketing Leads, providing timely follow-up and conversion support

• Re-engage with Aged Inbound Marketing Leads to uncover renewed interest and opportunities

• Conduct Outbound dialing on targeted lists to identify new prospects and expand customer reach

• Understand customer needs and present solutions that address business challenges

• Manage the full sales cycle - from lead qualification to closing sales - while meeting performance targets

• Maintain precise records of client interactions, lead status, and pipeline activity in CRM systems

• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies and meet revenue goals

• Provide insights on customer feedback and market trends to support ongoing business development

Qualifications and requirements:

• 2-3 years of proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or account management

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas

• Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office/Google Workspace tools

• Experience using dialing program is preferred

• Highly motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)

• Willingness and ability to work US hours (night shift, PH time)
