Job summary

Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is hiring an Inside Sales Representative in Alabang, Philippines to engage inbound leads, re-engage prospects, and conduct outbound calls to grow the customer base. You will manage the full sales cycle from qualification to closing, while meeting performance targets.

We seek 2–3 years in inside sales or account management, strong communication and negotiation skills, CRM proficiency, and the ability to work US hours. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or account management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office/Google Workspace tools.
• Experience using dialing program is preferred.
• Willingness to work US hours (night shift, PH time).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Engage with inbound marketing leads, providing timely follow-up and conversion support.
• Re-engage with aged inbound leads to uncover renewed interest and opportunities.
• Conduct outbound dialing on targeted lists to identify new prospects and expand customer reach.
• Understand customer needs and present solutions addressing business challenges.
• Manage the full sales cycle—from lead qualification to closing—meeting performance targets.
• Maintain precise records of client interactions, lead status, and pipeline activity in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies and meet revenue goals.
• Provide insights on customer feedback and market trends to support business development.
