Virtual Staffing Solutions in the Philippines (Leyte) is hiring an Inside Sales Agent to generate revenue through inbound and outbound calls, qualify leads, and close deals. You will present products, manage CRM data, and strive to meet monthly quotas in a fast-paced BPO environment.

The role requires strong English communication, a results-driven mindset, and at least a high school education with 6 months to 2 years of BPO sales experience. Training and performance-based incentives are provided.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or senior high graduate; college level preferred.
• 6 months to 2 years BPO sales experience (voice account preferred).
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Qualify leads and identify customer needs.
• Present products/services and explain features, benefits, and pricing.
• Close sales and achieve or exceed monthly quotas.
• Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce CRM, HubSpot).
• Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and messages.
