OPENLANE is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive customer acquisition and engagement for our platform. You will conduct outbound outreach, qualify prospects, and guide them through registration, while maintaining strong post-registration follow-ups to sustain engagement.

This role emphasizes outbound selling, CRM tracking, and collaboration with onboarding and support teams to optimize conversion rates and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Preferred experience in automotive sales, especially used cars.
• Requires college diploma or equivalent; additional sales/marketing training is a plus.
• At least 5 years of combined sales and customer service experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of automotive products and industry trends.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Five9, and Zoom.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales calls to introduce the platform and generate interest.
• Identify and qualify leads based on needs, eligibility, and registration readiness.
• Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and follow-ups.
• Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and SMS regarding registrations.
• Educate prospects on product features, benefits, and platform advantages.
• Maintain CRM records of interactions and conversion progress.
• Collaborate with onboarding and support teams to improve conversion rates.
• Provide excellent customer service about the registration process.
