Job summary

OPENLANE is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to drive customer acquisition and engagement for our digital marketplace of used vehicles. You will conduct outbound calls, qualify leads, and guide prospects through the registration and onboarding process.

You will manage CRM records, track progress, and collaborate with onboarding and support teams to optimize outreach and improve conversion rates.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in automotive sales, preferably used car market.
• College diploma or equivalent education is required.
• Experience with sales tools and CRM platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Outbound calls to introduce the platform and generate interest.
• Qualify leads, assess needs, and guide prospects through registration.
• Support onboarding and coordinate with teams to boost conversions.
• Maintain CRM records and track lead status and outcomes.
• Collaborate with registration and support to improve outreach strategies.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the registration process.
