Job summary

OPENLANE Philippines is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to drive outbound outreach, qualify leads, and guide prospects through registration. You will manage follow-ups via calls, email, and SMS, while maintaining CRM records and collaborating with onboarding and support teams to boost conversions.

The role requires 5+ years in sales and customer service, strong communication, and familiarity with Salesforce, Five9, and Zoom. A college diploma is required; hybrid work in Taguig is offered.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of combined sales and customer service experience.
• College diploma required; additional sales/marketing training is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Five9 and Zoom.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Outbound sales calls to introduce the platform and generate interest.
• Qualify leads by assessing customer needs and readiness to register.
• Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and SMS to drive registrations.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of interactions and status.
• Collaborate with onboarding and support teams to improve conversions.
• Provide excellent customer service during the registration process.
