Job summary

Accenture is hiring a Customer Service Associate in Quezon City to be the first point of contact for residential customer inquiries. You will handle calls from the IVR or transfers, asking effective questions to understand the issue and determine the right channel.

The role requires a standard voice profile and at least six months of relevant experience. The work setup is return to office, with weekends off per the schedule.

Responsibilities

• Identify business development opportunities and process plan renewals, recommend product changes, upsell additional products and services, acquire new customers and cater to customers moving in and out of homes, Broadband Sales, Solar opportunities, etc..
• Work with sales teams to create and manage a list of opportunities
• Conduct research to gather prospect company information and create new leads, discovering and qualifying new leads
• Ask questions to prospects to identify key business issues/needs, positive business outcomes, minimum required capabilities, metrics and to understand each prospect’s buying process.
• Effectively articulate the value of the products unique differentiators.
• Learn and maintain basic knowledge of products and services, the industry and industry trends, and our competition
• Develop and execute inside sales strategy
• Partner with the different Business units, and Strategic Partners to identify sales strategy for opportunities.
• Follow consultative selling approach to link a prospects needs with the proper solutions.
