Job summary

Coronis Health Philippines seeks an experienced Inpatient Coder to translate hospital records into ICD-10-CM and CPT/HCPCS codes. You will review charts, extract diagnoses and procedures, and ensure accurate, compliant coding for billing and audits.

Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to clarify documentation, support payment integrity, and stay current with CMS and Joint Commission guidelines. WFH setup available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of inpatient coding experience.
• Proficiency in ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of CMS and Joint Commission guidelines.
• Excellent communication with clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Review medical records to gather information on diagnoses, procedures, and treatments.
• Assign accurate codes using ICD-10-CM and CPT/HCPCS.
• Ensure coding practices comply with legal and regulatory standards.
