Responsibilities

• Review clinical documentation and apply CPT, HCPCS, and ICD codes for outpatient services.
• Ensure compliance with payer policies and regulatory guidelines; validate medical necessity.
• Resolve coding-related edits and claims denials; communicate with providers to clarify documentation when needed.
• Maintain productivity and coding quality; stay current with coding updates and payer policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support revenue cycle and process improvements.
