EPSILON GROUP SERVICES INC. is seeking experienced Inpatient Medical Coders in the Philippines. The role focuses on reviewing discharge records, assigning ICD-10-CM/ICD-10-PCS codes and DRGs, and ensuring compliance with client standards.

Candidates should have 2+ years inpatient coding experience, active CIC/CCS/CPC certification, and an active USRN license is highly preferred for the highest compensation. WFH within Metro Manila with onsite Cubao, Quezon City options.

Qualifications

• Active CIC, CCS, or CPC Certification is required.
• BS Nursing or Medical Allied graduate.
• Active USRN License highly preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of inpatient medical coding experience.
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, DRG and inpatient coding guidelines.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Review inpatient medical records after discharge.
• Assign accurate ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, and DRG codes.
• Identify incomplete or missing documentation and coordinate for clarification.
• Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with guidelines and client standards.
• Process coded charts to support claim submission and reimbursement.
• Maintain productivity and quality targets within turnaround times.
