Mindray Bio-Medical Electronics Co., Ltd. in Mexico is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to lead the Infusion Systems business nationwide. You will own channel strategy, distributor management, demand forecasting, and inventory planning to grow the market and ensure sustainable expansion.

You will develop national market strategies, manage distributors across regions, forecast sales, avoid stockouts, and align with marketing and service teams to support growth with KOLs and hospitals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of sales experience in medical devices (infusion, ICU, or consumables).
• Strong forecasting and inventory planning skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Bilingual Spanish and English required.
• Strategic thinker with execution capability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute national market strategies for Infusion Systems in Mexico.
• Manage distributors across regions and drive sales targets.
