Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Marketing/Business/Healthcare or related field.
• Minimum five years in commercial roles in Medical Device/Healthcare with two years in leadership.
• Experience managing hospital-based sales teams and strategic accounts.
• Experience with medical-device portfolios and distributor-principal models preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns field execution of BU strategy and leads Product Specialist team to meet sales and gross profit targets.
• Develops territory and account plans, calls, funnel updates, and conversion strategies for priority hospitals.
• Analyzes performance, forecast gaps, and risks; recommends corrective actions to BU Head.
• Supports tendering, pricing, contracts, and approvals; escalates issues with data and actions.
• Coaches team performance through fieldwork, plans development, and performance reviews.
• Ensures accurate use of CRM and timely reporting; drives action closure and governance.
